Fusion Plant Hire Limited (company number 17423096, registered in England and Wales) provides plant sourcing and hire coordination services in Rugby, Coventry, Warwickshire and surrounding areas. Our registered office is 20 De Forest Road, Houlton, Rugby, CV23 1EG — legal correspondence only. It is not a customer depot, collection point or operating yard, and no machinery is stored there. What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, optional company name, telephone number, email address, site postcode and the details of the work and machinery you need. We also record the date and time of the submission and a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address, used only to limit spam and abuse.

Why we use it

We use your details to check availability, prepare a quote and contact you about your enquiry. Your enquiry details may be shared with selected supplier partners solely for availability checks, quotations and fulfilment of the hire. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry, any resulting hire and our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to its processing, by emailing info@fusionplanthire.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Security

Enquiries are stored in a secured database. Only an authorised administrator can view enquiry records; website visitors cannot read, list or edit stored data.
